Upon incorporation, a private limited company or corporation is considered a separate legal entity, completely distinct from its owners.   • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPromotion Stage \u2014<\/b> The technical processing of a commercial proposition with reference to its potential profitability; the aggregate of activities designed to create an enterprise and operate a business <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIncorporation or Registration Stage \u2014 <\/b>Involves filing \/ submission of certain official documents, memorandum, and obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation, etc. For example, in India, a company is properly constituted only when it is duly registered under the Act and a Certificate of Incorporation has been obtained from the Registrar of Companies.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the other hand, a private company or a public company not having share capital can commence business immediately after its incorporation. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
